To become a sponsor or donate funds to MSIC please do one of the following:

 

Make your donation electronically through our PayPal secure site - no extra cost to you. (Does not apply to tax deductible donations).
Write a Check
Complete and print the form below, and mail with your check to: MSIC Sponsorship/Donations, PO Box 13143, Oakland, CA 94611.
Pledge
 Fill out the form below and submit it. We'll get back with you to work out the details.
