• Stay current on the issues, and talk to everyone you know.
• Encourage locking boxes and attendance at MSIC meetings.
• Help the MSIC distribute information by forwarding e-mails, hand-delivering fliers to your neighbors.
• Write legislators Feinstein, Boxer and Lee to express concern that theft is rising and resources to investigate and prosecute, and therefore discourage are shrinking.
